The Move Better, Feel Better program is a 6-month program designed specifically for midlife women who want to move without pain or discomfort, while also practicing healthier habits to feel their best. By understanding how your body is connected and recognizing how certain movements may contribute to tension, you'll learn to make small but impactful adjustments that enhance both your mobility and overall well-being.
