This program is all about building strength through progressive overload while embracing healthy, sustainable habits. We’re taking a seasonal approach—summer is the perfect time to focus on strength, endurance, and fun!

Each week, you’ll get effective workouts using bodyweight and dumbbells, plus simple habit tips to support your energy, nutrition, and recovery. We’ll share summer-inspired recipes and motivation from a like-minded community that’s here to cheer you on.

What to Expect:

This program is going to meet you where you are and help you make healthy changes so that you can feel your best this summer.

  • Feel stronger with 3 Strength session workouts to follow each week along with movement goals

  • Have more energy as you enjoy seasonal recipes that are sure to cool you down in the heat

  • Have fun as we challenge ourselves and partake in some friendly competition along the way

  • Set a goal for yourself and learn how to make small changes to reach the goal over the 6 weeks

  • Lean into seasonal living through learning healthy habits that are designed for summer living so that you can work with this time of year rather than always pushing against the enjoyment in life
